Risk & Change Manager (Data Centers)

What you will do

• Establish and lead the project's risk and change management function, including the Early Warning process.
• Facilitate risk identification workshops and maintain a robust project risk register.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments and track response actions to completion.
• Manage contractor change submissions and facilitate Change Control Board meetings.
• Collaborate with Project Controls, commercial, and delivery teams to integrate risk and change metrics.
• Ensure strict compliance with client, corporate, and industry governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Membership in professional bodies (APM, IRM, PMI) and relevant certifications (PMP, APM Risk Certificate).
• Proven experience in risk and change management within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working in complex, multi-disciplinary environments with multiple contractors and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with NEC or other standard forms of contract.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

• Experience supporting hyperscale data centre developments.
• Knowledge of cost and schedule risk modelling and quantitative assessment tools.
• Previous experience working within the Netherlands or European markets.
• Experience establishing risk functions on major projects during construction and site delivery phases.
