What you will do

• Lead end-to-end operational excellence initiatives from definition and design to implementation and tracking.
• Act as the primary interface between Operations and Product Development to enable processes through systems and tooling.
• Integrate AI tools and automation to reduce manual effort and accelerate throughput.
• Lead GxP and Computer System Validation (CSV) implementations for regulated systems.
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment to ensure high adoption of new processes.
• Develop and maintain high-quality process documentation (SOPs, process maps) and track impact via KPIs.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Operations.
• Proven experience in validated environments and executing CSV activities for GxP systems.
• Strong capability in process analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with project/process management tools (Smartsheet is a plus).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Must be based within commuting distance to Amsterdam.

Nice to have

• Work experience in life sciences (drug development, expanded access programs, clinical trial recruitment) or highly regulated environments.
• Comfortable using AI tools in a professional context.
