What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of robotics projects from requirements through deployment.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including robotics, software, hardware, and operations.
• Support integration, configuration, testing, commissioning, and system validation of robotic systems.
• Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to contribute to solution design and technical feasibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience managing technical or engineering projects.
• Background in robotics, industrial automation, mechatronics, or software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to ~50% of the year.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
