What you will do
- Engage with customers via inbound calls to provide guidance on retail investment products under $250k.
- Manage various service requests, including account maintenance, asset movement, and trade facilitation.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings and company processes to deliver accurate information.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve client issues independently and efficiently.
- Navigate multiple technology platforms and systems simultaneously during client engagements.
- Educate customers on the financial tools and solutions offered by the company.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience within the financial industry.
- Previous experience working in a call center environment.
- Fluent in English.
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 required.
- Must undergo FINRA fingerprinting upon hire.
- Ability to operate multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Retail, IRA, and/or 401(k) customer service.
- Background in brokerage services.
- Experience trading in equities, fixed income, and options.
- Familiarity with Pershing/NetX360.
- In-depth knowledge of retirement rules and brokerage operations.
