International Operations Analyst 1 (Fintech)

Location: Onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City, Philippines; shifting schedules may include weekends and holidays

What you will do

• Research and respond to cardholder and corporate account inquiries across multiple channels.
• Update and document account information, including name and address changes, returned mail, payments, fees, refunds, and cash advance requests.
• Identify potential fraud, credit, collection, and chargeback issues and escalate them to the appropriate departments.
• Validate report disputes and update or remove inaccurate information from credit bureau systems according to client procedures.
• Process, scan, sort, and distribute incoming mail for appropriate action.
• Assist with scheduling personnel and resources and prioritizing work to maintain uninterrupted operations.

Requirements

• College graduate preferred, with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Experience or background in credit, banking, or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in account-related work.
• Knowledge of client policies, procedures, regulations, and association requirements.
• Willingness to work onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City, and follow shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Nice to have

• Back-office operations experience in banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with fraud, chargeback, or credit-related processes.
• Experience with case management or banking systems.
