What you will do

• Own the product lifecycle from definition to delivery for new AI-powered features and initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and operations teams to scope initiatives and assess scalability.
• Iterate on product experiences through tight feedback loops to ensure high-value user outcomes.
• Partner with the Head of Product to develop, prioritize, and test strategic roadmaps.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools both in the product architecture and as a primary driver of professional productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C digital health or wellness.
• Must be based in Portugal and possess a valid EU visa.
• Technical fluency in AI/LLM concepts and the ability to discuss architecture tradeoffs with engineering.
• Data proficiency, including experience with hypothesis-driven metrics and tools like BigQuery or Looker.
• Ability to operate independently and own product judgment in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with cardiometabolic clinical products.
• Proven track record of working in fast-paced, scrappy startup environments.
• Experience acting as the "glue" person within a cross-functional team.
