What you will do

• Own and manage the lifecycle of SAP Signavio, including Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, and Insights.
• Manage SAP Cloud ALM Test Management and modern testing frameworks, including AI-supported test automation.
• Support WalkMe as a platform for digital guidance, in-app support, and user onboarding.
• Translate business needs into product roadmaps, functional requirements, and implementation plans.
• Advise project, business, and product teams on process design, test strategies, and tooling.
• Manage platform integrations, costs, governance, security, architecture, training, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP Signavio and/or SAP Cloud ALM Test Management.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools, AI-supported testing approaches, and modern testing methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements.
• Fluent English required.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Nice to have

• Experience with WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms.
• Familiarity with LeanIX or similar enterprise architecture tools.
• German language skills.
