What you will do

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the data platform to enable scalable, reliable, and AI-ready infrastructure.
• Build products that simplify data ingestion, transformation, governance, and activation across the platform.
• Drive the evolution of data architecture to support real-time processing, analytics, and personalization.
• Establish product strategy for data governance, quality, metadata, and observability.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ship high-impact features.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer to ensure product requirements meet user needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Lisbon, Portugal
• Experience as a Senior Product Manager owning technically complex, customer-facing data products or platforms.
• Proven track record building data platforms including ingestion, transformation, storage, and APIs.
• Proficiency with cloud data ecosystems such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Familiarity with data modeling, metadata management, data catalogs, and lineage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
