Product Manager (AI): Shaping and scaling data-driven and AI-enabled products for the air travel industry with an accent on high-volume data platforms, intelligent automation, and real-time decision support. Focus on translating complex data flows and regulatory requirements into actionable customer outcomes and integrating AI across the product lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid (Prague, Czech Republic or Lisbon, Portugal). Work from home up to 2 days/week.

What you will do

• Lead product discovery for data exchange and compliance using AI-enabled tools to identify customer opportunities.
• Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with portfolio and business objectives.
• Translate complex data flows and regulatory requirements into prioritized product requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to drive agile delivery of secure, high-performance data platforms.
• Apply AI for data analysis, pattern identification, and prototyping support.
• Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to shape go-to-market narratives and positioning.

Requirements

• Domain knowledge in border management, travel technology, or passenger data (API/PNR).
• Experience with API-driven, data-intensive platforms or high-volume transaction systems.
• Background in regulated industries such as government, transportation, or security.
• Experience collaborating with UX teams and applying usability principles in product discovery.
• Ability to create lightweight prototypes using low-code, no-code, or AI-assisted tools.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Prague (Czech Republic) or Lisbon (Portugal).
