What you will do

• Assist buyers in writing and loading purchase orders efficiently into the system.
• Gather and maintain item Master Data through coordination with suppliers.
• Manage order confirmations and track cancellations, price changes, or amendments.
• Own the delivery schedule and communicate key dates to warehouse, buying, and merchandising teams.
• Handle inbound discrepancies and quantity differences in coordination with the warehouse team.
• Support the Accounts Payable team in resolving invoice discrepancies and tracking pending payments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Merchandising, Buying Administration, or Upstream planning roles.
• Experience working with major ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics 365, or Oracle.
• Ability to manage wide stakeholder networks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Organized and methodical approach, preferably with exposure to Kaizen methodology.
• English: Fluent (C1+) required
