Order Support Specialist

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Assist Buyers with writing purchase orders and loading them efficiently into the system.
• Collect and maintain item master data in collaboration with suppliers.
• Manage supplier order confirmations and process cancellations, price changes, and amendments.
• Own delivery schedules, follow up with suppliers, communicate key dates, and escalate late or at-risk deliveries.
• Support Warehouse with inbound discrepancies and Accounts Payable with invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain payment escalation files and track pending payment statuses with Accounts Payable and Buying.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying Administration, or upstream planning roles.
• Experience with major ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics 365, or Oracle.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong organization and methodical working style in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage a broad network of stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Technology, and Finance.

Nice to have

• Italian or French language skills.
• Exposure to work environments applying Kaizen methodology.
