What you will do
- Review purchase requests and create, update, and follow up on purchase orders.
- Perform operational sourcing activities in line with procurement processes and strategies.
- Provide service desk support to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Maintain procurement information records, including catalogues.
- Communicate with suppliers, buyers, and internal stakeholders across France, Germany, Spain, the UK, and Portugal.
- Use ERP and procurement tools, including SAP and Coupa.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German.
- Experience in supply chain or procurement is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer-focused prioritization skills.
- Reliability, rigor, concentration, and the ability to manage urgent requests.
- Digital acumen and openness to learning new tools and adapting to continuous improvement.
