Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 USD

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end international relocation processes for employees globally, from offer acceptance through post-arrival.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for relocating employees and internal stakeholders including TA, HRBPs, and HR Operations.
• Coordinate logistics through external providers, including temporary accommodation, household goods shipments, and travel arrangements.
• Develop, maintain, and scale global mobility policies and relocation guidelines.
• Manage financial budgets, forecasting, and invoice processing in partnership with the Finance department.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks related to immigration, tax, employment, and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end international relocation programs and vendors.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of global mobility operations and industry best practices.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures with excellent communication skills.
• Must be based in the US (East Coast & Central time zones only).
• Must be authorized to work in the country in which you apply.
