Location: Hybrid (San Mateo, CA) — 2 days onsite per week

Salary: $228,600 — $342,800 USD

What you will do

• Own and evolve the global mobility strategy, including long- and short-term assignments, permanent transfers, and cross-border remote work.
• Design and implement scalable mobility policies, governance frameworks, and operating models.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, Finance, and Payroll to support strategic hiring and studio acquisitions.
• Manage relationships and contracts with external relocation providers, immigration counsel, and tax advisors.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global mobility team focused on operational excellence.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and program analytics to drive informed business decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in global mobility or international HR, including people leadership.
• Proven experience designing or transforming enterprise global mobility programs and governance.
• Deep knowledge of international tax equalization, immigration, and payroll compliance in the US, Europe, and APAC.
• Ability to influence senior leaders within a highly matrixed global organization.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately once per quarter.

Nice to have

• GMS, GPHR, or other relevant global mobility certifications.
• Experience supporting Japan-specific mobility programs (e.g., shukko assignments).
