Director of Global Data Center Construction (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead the global data center construction portfolio, including a multi-billion-dollar capital expenditure budget and delivery pipeline.
• Develop and execute program-level construction strategy, including selection and management of general contractors, EPCM firms, and key vendors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the technical and quality standards required for AI compute operations.
• Establish construction risk management, QA/QC protocols, and program reporting metrics.
• Collaborate with Site Acquisition, Design, and Sourcing teams to de-risk projects and resolve complex technical or contractual issues at executive level.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex industrial or critical infrastructure construction programs.
• 7+ years of experience in hyperscale data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Expertise in large-scale contract negotiation, including Guaranteed Maximum Price contracts.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional certification.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
