What you will do

• Oversee the global data center construction portfolio and manage a multi-billion-dollar capital expenditure budget.
• Develop program-level construction strategies, including the selection and management of general contractors and EPCM firms.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet the technical standards required for AI compute operations.
• Establish program-wide construction risk management, QA/QC protocols, and project reporting metrics.
• Collaborate with Site Acquisition, Design, and Sourcing teams to resolve complex technical or contractual issues at an executive level.

Requirements

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex industrial or critical infrastructure construction programs.
• 7+ years of experience in the hyperscale data center or mission-critical facility sector.
• Proven expertise in large-scale contract negotiation (e.g., Guaranteed Maximum Price - GMP).
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
