Senior Program Manager, Global & Strategic Accounts (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Durham, North Carolina; highly qualified remote candidates may be considered only on the East Coast of the United States. Travel up to 30%.

Salary: $118,000–$145,000 annual base pay, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise and sovereign AI programs across design, build, deployment, and operations.
• Develop program plans, governance models, statements of work, and cross-functional execution plans.
• Act as the primary customer program lead and Voice of the Customer for strategic accounts.
• Manage risks, dependencies, KPIs, scope, schedule, budget, quality, revenue protection, and customer outcomes.
• Build relationships with customer executives, government partners, global teams, and internal leadership.
• Improve PMO processes, portfolio governance, delivery frameworks, proposals, and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex, customer-facing technology programs.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise programs across the full lifecycle.
• Strong risk management, problem-solving, communication, and executive presence.
• Ability to work independently in a global, matrixed organization.
• Must be able to work in the United States; the preferred office location is Durham, NC, with remote consideration limited to the U.S. East Coast.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, HPC, data center infrastructure, or hardware and software integration programs.
• Knowledge of U.S. AI policy, data sovereignty, and public-sector procurement.
• Experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise or comparable AI/ML platforms.
• Experience with SOW development, proposals, customer business cases, PMO portfolio management, or governance.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
