Salary: $165,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Lead the integration of energy storage and distributed generation into mission-critical electrical infrastructure.
• Define and maintain global electrical standards, reference designs, and technical guidance for data center platforms.
• Collaborate with operations to balance cost-effective design with long-term sustainability and commissioning requirements.
• Review program-level design plans, equipment selections, and system submittals for consistent execution.
• Perform complex engineering analyses including load calculations, short-circuit studies, and arc flash mitigation.
• Coordinate with regional teams and external consultants to adapt global prototypes for site-specific requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical power design and construction.
• Proven experience in Data Center or mission-critical environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, AmpCalc, ETAP, and PSCAD.
• Ability to work on-site in Denver, CO 3 days per week.
• Availability for 15–25% travel as business needs evolve.

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
