What you will do

• Bid and secure modernization contracts while maintaining strong relationships with architects, contractors, and building owners.
• Conduct onsite surveys and create detailed quoting and bidding packages based on blueprints and technical specifications.
• Promote technical features of H-Power modernization offerings to meet specific customer needs.
• Negotiate Scopes of Work (SOW) in collaboration with operations, legal, and contract administration.
• Develop long-term capital plans for customers and manage the sales pipeline via CRM tools.
• Coordinate submittal packages and handle change orders upon customer acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the elevator industry.
• Must be located in or near Baltimore, MD.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints (preferred).
