Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CA

Salary: $88,841 - $118,455 USD yearly, plus eligibility for yearly bonus and company equity.

What you will do

  • Design and deliver comprehensive sales new hire onboarding and bootcamp experiences from Day 1 to full ramp.
  • Lead Sales New Hire Bootcamps, combining live instruction and hands-on platform practice.
  • Build and operate a structured 30-60-90 certification program with measurable proficiency standards.
  • Own the long-term enablement roadmap for new products, segments, and market entries.
  • Develop continuous learning paths and advanced certification tracks for existing sales reps.
  • Develop sales dashboards, track new hire performance, and drive sales tech stack tool adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a high-performing Sales role.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead engaging "Bootcamp" style sessions.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to prove the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Proficiency with modern enablement tech (LMS, AI coaching platforms, CRM).
  • Ability to partner with Sales leadership in driving onboarding and ramp.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
