What you will do

• Act as a business partner and advisor to the Area Vice President to drive business results and long-term strategic plans.
• Oversee finance operations for branches, ensuring strict adherence to GAAP, IFRS, and internal control systems.
• Provide leadership in delivering monthly financial reports, KPIs, and variance analyses to support regional decision-making.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide accurate forecasting and rationale for variances.
• Manage working capital performance metrics, including periodic reviews of aged receivables.
• Collaborate with BU Finance and Shared Services to execute global financial architecture at the local level.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a major company or division of a large corporation with dispersed operations.
• Experience within the construction or service industry.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in or be able to work in the Northeast US region.

Nice to have

• Master’s in Accounting or MBA.
• CPA or CMA certification.
• Experience with Oracle.
• Knowledge of POC accounting.
