What you will do

• Facilitate annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for data center projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for operating and capital expenditure (OpEx/CapEx).
• Deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Track infrastructure capital investments and support business case development for new sites and expansion.
• Partner with accounting and operations teams to analyze key cost drivers, including power, colocation, and hardware.
• Standardize and automate reporting processes to enhance financial transparency and data quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, or infrastructure finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in London with the ability to work from the office 1-3 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience in data centers, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, or hyperscale environments.
• Understanding of data center cost drivers (power, cooling, network infrastructure, capacity utilization).
• Familiarity with KPI reporting for infrastructure operations and asset utilization.
