What you will do

• Lead regional financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Partner with regional leadership to align financial goals with business objectives for sustainable growth.
• Deliver actionable insights using variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling to optimize margins.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with market dynamics and organizational priorities.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for regional and corporate stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and provide coaching and professional development for the finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial strategy, preferably in the tech or telecom industry.
• Proven track record of success in a leadership role managing regional or global FP&A functions.
• Proficiency in Hyperion, SAP, Oracle, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of revenue accounting concepts and predictive analytics using AI tools.
• Must be based in Singapore.
