What you will do

• Lead all aspects of financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly business reviews.
• Develop complex financial models covering revenue, cash flow, headcount, and growth scenarios.
• Manage the monthly close process, financial reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day financial operations.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and vendor payments.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate new revenue opportunities, pricing strategies, and investment ROI.
• Establish scalable finance processes and reporting infrastructure to support a high-growth business.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or strategic finance.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Strong accounting knowledge combined with exceptional financial modeling skills.
• Experience partnering directly with founders or senior executives to influence business strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be based in Brooklyn, NY or Venice, CA

Nice to have

• CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience in entrepreneurial or high-growth business environments.
