What you will do

• Provide high-quality technical support and advisory to customers via online and on-site meetings.
• Assist customers in choosing and designing-in company solutions that fit their specific requirements.
• Optimize customer designs and recommend technical improvements.
• Develop customized designs and hardware to meet customer needs.
• Conduct periodic technical workshops to demonstrate latest technology solutions.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team in Germany and Italy to increase design wins and revenue.

Requirements

• BSEE or higher (MSc preferred) in Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum two years’ experience designing High Voltage Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS).
• Strong background in power electronics and practical knowledge of SMPS.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English is mandatory.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel (approximately 30%).
• Must be located in Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with BLDC motor drives.
• Proficiency with PCB design tools.
