Mechanical Engineer (ATM): Developing and updating mechanical designs for ATM and self-service products in Dundee with an accent on product packaging, device integration, manufacturability, and lifecycle support. Location: Dundee, United Kingdom; onsite role with global travel to customer sites as required

What you will do
- Develop new mechanical designs and update existing ATM and self-service products.
- Design mechanically packaged products using sheet metal, plastics, castings, integrated modules, assemblies, and harnessing.
- Support product lifecycle activities, manufacturing, assembly, serviceability, reliability, and environmental compliance.
- Coordinate with operations, suppliers, customer services, and engineers from different disciplines to enable system-wide integration.
- Plan and conduct design reviews, stress analysis, tolerance analysis, testing, and problem correction.
- Release parts and work products with the required documentation through the approved system.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and technologies.
- Experience developing or supporting complex electromechanical products for customer-facing or self-service environments.
- Advanced CAD skills with ProE/Creo or SolidWorks, plus experience with drawing, dimensioning, and tolerancing.
- Experience with supplier engagement, tooling, parts manufacture, change management, stress and tolerance analysis, and rapid prototyping.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, communicate effectively, maintain high work standards, and travel globally to customer sites.
