Product Manager (AI)

Location: London, UK; hybrid with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote

hirify.global deploys AI agents for banks, starting with voice AI for debt collection across voice, messaging, email, and SMS channels.

What you will do

• Own a product end to end, including strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, iteration, and business outcomes.
• Improve voice AI agent efficiency through customer segmentation, voice and script experiments, cadence optimization, and rigorous evaluations.
• Build AI-native prototypes and integrate agents directly into the product.
• Turn weeks of engineer-led bank configuration into a scalable product.
• Investigate complex problems to identify root causes and design effective solutions.
• Provide product leadership and direction to engineers and data scientists.

Requirements

• Experience building products from 0 to 1 and scaling them beyond launch as a founder, product manager, or engineer.
• Strong ownership of outcomes, ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans, and a high quality bar under speed.
• STEM degree and strong technical ability.
• Deep practical experience building with AI and understanding agent quality limitations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in London, with 3 office days per week.
