Product Development Manager (Fintech): Leading and developing a Product Development team across multiple agile feature teams to turn product strategy and customer needs into high-quality digital products and experiences with an accent on product definition, requirements refinement, and cross-functional decision-making. Focus on resolving ambiguity, aligning customer, commercial, technical, and regulatory priorities, and ensuring digital work is ready for successful delivery.
Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with at least 50% of working time per month in the office. New starters initially work full-time from the office.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and support a Product Development team working across multiple agile feature teams.
- Set standards for product definition, requirements, acceptance criteria, refinement, and Definition of Ready.
- Ensure customer, business, technical, regulatory, and operational considerations are identified before development.
- Resolve ambiguity, manage dependencies, unblock decisions, and facilitate constructive challenge across multidisciplinary teams.
- Work with Product Managers, UX, Technology, and Project Management to align strategy, customer needs, technical constraints, APIs, architecture, and programme commitments.
- Build stakeholder relationships and communicate priorities, decisions, and outcomes across affected teams.
Requirements
- Significant experience in product development, product ownership, digital delivery, or a related discipline.
- Experience leading or working across multiple agile feature teams in a multidisciplinary digital environment.
- Strong experience defining, refining, and delivering requirements for digital products.
- Experience coaching or leading Product Owners, Business Analysts, Product Development Analysts, or similar roles.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and decision-making skills.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work strategically and in detail, and to challenge constructively.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering consumer-facing digital products or applications.
- Experience in financial services or another regulated environment.
- Experience with APIs, digital channels, complex technology ecosystems, transformation, or platform programmes.
