AI Product Manager (Insurance)

What you will do

• Own the AI and Automation product strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, rollout, adoption, and value realization.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases across the insurance lifecycle, including document and data extraction, underwriting support, claims triage, CRM automation, and agent copilots.
• Translate business problems into product requirements and work with Engineering, UX/UI, Compliance, market leaders, branches, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Shape multi-year AI transformation programmes, opportunity pipelines, commercial propositions, business cases, sales tools, and client demonstrations.
• Leverage large language models, Microsoft Copilot, cloud platforms, and enterprise automation tools while assessing vendor capabilities and insurance relevance.
• Drive responsible AI adoption through training, playbooks, governance, stakeholder alignment, and measurable reductions in low-value manual work.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead, with direct exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven products.
• Experience working in or with insurance and delivering complex transformation programmes across multiple functions.
• Experience shipping products from discovery through adoption with clear success metrics and value realization measures.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership, market leaders, Engineering, client-facing teams, and frontline operations.
• Ability to translate AI and ML concepts into business language and business problems into product requirements and compelling propositions.
• Commercial experience with opportunity pipelines, business cases, go-to-market propositions, and measurable outcomes.
