Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the client portal and marketplace.
• Define and track outcomes related to client experience, relationships, retention, and margins.
• Run continuous discovery using client research, NPS, complaints, usage data, and rapid prototyping.
• Lead the Client Experience squad across product, design, analysis, engineering, delivery, DevOps, and QA.
• Identify and implement AI opportunities that improve the client experience and accelerate delivery.
• Drive operational and process improvements across business lines and partner with executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Substantial experience owning a digital product or client experience end to end.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, prototyping, and delivery.
• Strong continuous discovery, roadmap ownership, prioritisation, and evidence-led decision-making skills.
• Understanding of pricing, cost-to-serve, revenue, margin, and retention.
• Experience working with executives, commercial leaders, engineering, analysis, delivery, and IT Operations.
• Must be based in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
