What you will do

• Respond accurately to client queries through email and a case management system.
• Process, maintain, and administer HR transactions across talent development, mobility, workforce administration, talent acquisition, remuneration, and HR helpdesk operations.
• Process employee movements, including transfers, relocations, international mobility, and organizational structure changes.
• Handle leave and absence requests and clarify HR policies and procedures.
• Manage assigned processes according to hirify.global methodology or an agreed transition plan.
• Update process maps, procedures, and other documentation within defined support tools and deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in HR.
• English and Czech at minimum B2 level.
• High school diploma.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate smoothly with other team members.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting and a positive, team-oriented approach.
