What you will do

• Manage workforce and organizational administration, including org charts and position management within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Coordinate the end-to-end logistics of the employee journey, from pre-hire preparation and onboarding to offboarding.
• Execute "Zero-to-Gross" payroll preparation, time and attendance administration, and compensation/benefits updates.
• Act as the primary escalation point for employee and manager HR queries, maintaining a self-service knowledge portal.
• Partner with global Learning design functions to handle tactical administration and system tracking of training programs.
• Optimize HR processes using LEAN and Agile methodologies to eliminate administrative bottlenecks and implement automation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania or Hungary.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations across European countries.
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Master Data Management.
• Strong understanding of cross-border Central/Eastern EU regulatory frameworks, including GDPR.
• High numerical accuracy for payroll execution and experience managing external payroll providers.
• Ability to distill complex HR policies into simple, searchable knowledge articles (SOPs and QRGs).

Nice to have

• Experience deploying automation tools such as RPA or AI (e.g., SAP Joule).
• Fluency in LEAN and Agile frameworks.
