  • Execute full-cycle payroll processing for Brazil with expansion to Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly statutory government reporting and compliance.
  • Provide expert HR and payroll advisory to line managers and employees.
  • Collaborate with regional HR, finance, and legal teams to drive integrated service delivery.
  • Manage local employee benefits administration and HR transactional activities.
  • Support HR Business Partners with case management, including performance, discipline, and grievance procedures.

Требования

  • Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
  • Subject matter expertise in payroll and HR operations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex queries within an SLA framework.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as SAP or ADP.
