What you will do

  • Execute employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in systems like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Prepare and manage employment documentation in compliance with GDPR and local regulations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers via ticketing, email, and phone.
  • Support administrative activities for international employees and cross-border cases.
  • Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives within the SSC.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or operations.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment.
  • Structured and service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in German, Dutch, or Italian.
  • Experience in an SSC or international environment.
