What you will do

  • Process simple HR service cases and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Manage data records in HR systems related to benefits, pensions, insurance, time tracking, and garnishments.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Detailed Work Instructions (DWIs), and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure consistent application of global and local standards.
  • Perform data controls using SAP Payroll Control Centre and SAP integration data monitoring tools.
  • Ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines for payroll processing.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in a BPO outsourcing environment.
  • Basic experience with calculations, data processing, and administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Fluent in English and Estonian.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a Payroll and BPO outsourcing environment.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Call Centre technology, or HR analytics tools.
  • Experience with benefits solutions such as Worksmile or Benify.
