What you will do

• Serve as the local expert on Warehouse Management Systems and intralogistics automation.
• Lead customer workshops to gather requirements and facilitate specification signoff.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal product teams, project managers, and clients.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support implementation, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
• Develop and improve standard WES documentation and user guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in software management within WMS and intralogistics.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to travel 20-30% of the time for project sites and customer meetings.
