Manager, IT - Global Logistics (SAP EWM)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Chicago, or Pittsburgh; approximately 40–50% travel and occasional weekend or outside-business-hours work required.

Base salary: $104,200–$130,200 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, deployment, and ongoing management of warehousing systems supporting shipping, receiving, traceability, inventory, and distribution.
• Own the design and implementation of Warehouse Management Systems, Labor Management Systems, and Yard Management Systems, including SAP EWM, SAP WM, MATRICS, and Rebus.
• Capture business requirements from internal and external customers and translate them into system designs and implementations.
• Manage project financial governance, timelines, communications, blueprinting, development, testing, training, and hypercare support.
• Lead conversion planning, solution shaping, issue resolution, and transition of implementations into steady-state operations.
• Set lifecycle priorities, evaluate new warehouse technologies, develop business cases, and present recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in logistics or information technology.
• Experience working on software implementation projects.
• Enterprise experience with WMS and LMS software.
• Strong communication, organization, discipline, diligence, and issue-resolution skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Toronto, Chicago, or Pittsburgh, with approximately 40–50% travel.
