Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Sydney, Australia

Salary: AUD 160,000–210,000 per annum

hirify.global is recruiting for a role focused on SaaS implementation project delivery.

What you will do

• Own project timelines, resolve scheduling conflicts, and keep delivery on track.
• Guide customer project managers and project teams through the ELMO implementation methodology.
• Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, proactively resolving delivery issues.
• Control changes to scope, schedule, and cost while communicating impacts clearly.
• Maintain project documentation and build client relationships that support successful delivery and SaaS adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a SaaS implementation environment.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship-management skills across clients, senior business sponsors, technical teams, and internal groups.
• Hands-on knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience working with end users, business owners, and technology teams to deliver project outcomes.
• Understanding of software delivery and development processes and their connection to client change management.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex stakeholder environments while bringing structure to change.

Nice to have

• PRINCE2 or PMP qualification with proven delivery experience.
• Experience as an HRIS, payroll, or SaaS implementation consultant seeking ownership of the full project lifecycle.
