Site Supervisor (Warehouse Automation)

Location: Belrose, NSW, Australia; project work in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and throughout Australia and New Zealand. The role includes on-site installation supervision and travel interstate and overseas in the APAC region when required.

What you will do

• Coordinate installation, commissioning, and engineering activities for large-scale warehouse automation projects.
• Prepare and review drawings and plans for mechanical and electrical installations.
• Liaise with clients, direct builders, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Manage subcontractors, materials, resources, inspections, and equipment maintenance.
• Implement commissioning and coordinate quality assurance inspections.
• Promote safety, risk identification, innovation, and continuous improvement while ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager delivering large capital projects.
• Mechanical and/or electrical trade background.
• Thorough knowledge of WHSE requirements.
• Strong communication, team leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office products and the ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Availability to travel and work interstate and overseas in the APAC region when required.

• Technical knowledge of material handling equipment.
