Salary: €49,600 – €57,040

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for customer implementations.
• Serve as the primary customer contact during onboarding to build strong relationships.
• Define and align customer requirements to ensure successful delivery by go-live.
• Convert non-standard customer requests into repeatable internal processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement scalable, automated process improvements.
• Support the Sales team to ensure prospects are confident in the implementation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in implementation, customer success, account management, or client operations.
• Experience creating cross-functional product requirements documents (PRDs), SOPs, or playbooks.
• Advanced experience with CRM and project management tools, specifically Salesforce and Rocketlane.
• Professional fluency in English and at least one additional language relevant to EMEA customers.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% as necessary.
