What you will do

• Manage the enterprise change intake, unified backlog, quarterly planning, and cross-pillar release calendars.
• Lead release readiness activities, including CAB reviews, UAT governance, cutover planning, and post-implementation reviews.
• Design and deliver role-based enablement programs, training materials, and assisted adoption initiatives.
• Create strategic communications, including change notes, executive summaries, and stakeholder updates.
• Measure and report on business outcomes through adoption, productivity, cost, and operational KPIs.
• Partner with Compliance, Security, and business leaders to ensure adherence to governance frameworks and policy controls.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Change Management, Program Delivery, or PMO within complex data environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale release trains, CAB processes, and cross-functional implementations.
• Strong expertise in driving behavioral change through training, communications, and usage analytics.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business messaging for leadership stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of governance, risk management, and change management frameworks.
• Must be based in Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, CRM, HCM, data analytics platforms, and AI initiatives.
• Certifications such as Prosci/ADKAR, ITIL, SAFe, PMP, or Prince2.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Power BI.
