What you will do

• Define and execute the technology and R&D strategy to shape future product platforms.
• Strengthen stage-gate development processes to improve predictability, quality, and speed.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 50 engineers and scientists.
• Partner with Product Management, Operations, and Commercial teams to translate technology into business value.
• Oversee technology roadmaps, new product development, and sustaining engineering.
• Influence executive-level decision-making regarding technical investments and market opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience developing complex technology products.
• Senior leadership experience within R&D or Engineering.
• Proven capability in portfolio management and organizational leadership.
• Expertise in stage-gate product development and technology roadmap ownership.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
