What you will do

• Lead the development of profitable programs for Ninja products, guiding workstreams from the brainstorm phase through to mass production.
• Drive new product launches in the UK and mainland Europe by partnering with global teams on product definitions and performance KPIs.
• Analyze market research to identify consumer needs, market gaps, and the competitive landscape.
• Manage regional compliance risks and advocate for local product nuances with cross-functional global teams.
• Execute hands-on and virtual validation plans for all touchpoints and the Out of Box Experience (OOBE).
• Coordinate product support materials including FAQs, how-to videos, and troubleshooting scripts.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product development, product marketing, or human factors engineering, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (3 days per week).
• Willingness to travel.
