Product Engineer (NPI) (Semiconductor): Supporting a portfolio of surface and mechanical metrology systems with an accent on service infrastructure, product support plans, and field execution. Focus on driving service scalability, implementing product updates, and translating field feedback into engineering improvements.

What you will do
- Drive consistency and scalability of service models across shared platforms.
- Partner with engineering on product updates and assess impacts to serviceability.
- Maintain and evolve Product Support Plans (PSPs) using field data to refine reliability and strategies.
- Support escalations and identify systemic issues across the install base.
- Develop scalable training and documentation focused on shared infrastructure.
- Support targeted installs and upgrades to validate and improve service processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills and understanding of business impact.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages.
- Excellent presentation skills and comfort in front of various audiences.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (<25%).
Nice to have
- Project Management experience across multiple subject areas.
- Experience with high-tech capital equipment in the semiconductor industry.
- Demonstrated experience with manufacturing control systems (ERP, PLM) and CRM.
- Data analysis skills for researching and solving complex problems.
- Experience with MS Project and Visio.
