What you will do

• Build, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models for sales planning, quota management, and compensation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate source systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor model performance and proactively identify opportunities for usability and efficiency improvements.
• Provide ongoing support to end users, including troubleshooting and adoption enablement.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning and release management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in business systems, sales operations, or finance.
• 3+ years of hands-on Anaplan Model Builder experience in a production environment.
• Anaplan Model Builder Certification required.
• Strong understanding of Anaplan modeling principles, data hubs, and UX pages.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software delivery processes.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Advanced Model Builder Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, or Power BI.
• Background in global technology or SaaS organizations.
• Familiarity with revenue operations and go-to-market processes.
