Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX (Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery sessions to document requirements and own user stories throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Design and configure Fonteva and Salesforce platforms using declarative capabilities to meet business requirements.
• Manage the solution backlog, develop acceptance criteria, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyze data migration requirements and support successful validation activities.
• Prepare solution documentation, functional designs, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Deliver customer demonstrations and training while serving as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Consultant, Business Analyst, or Administrator supporting external customers.
• Experience implementing at least two or more Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud).
• Expert-level hands-on experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, Security, Reports).
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Association Management Systems (AMS) or membership-based applications.
• Hands-on experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
