What you will do

• Action customer requests and resolve complaints to build long-term relationships and support revenue generation.
• Onboard new clients and convert prospects to grow the client portfolio.
• Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities to increase portfolio income and fees.
• Manage and improve portfolio Risk-Adjusted Return On Capital (RAROC) through diversification.
• Gather necessary documentation to help Relationship Managers analyze clients' financial health and industry markets.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Commercial Banking Environment
• Bachelor’s Degree is a mandatory requirement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
