What you will do

• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure high equipment reliability.
• Supervise all maintenance and repair activities for production machinery.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Manage spare parts forecasting, purchasing plans, and the maintenance budget.
• Coach and develop the maintenance team while ensuring safety and compliance (GMP, ISO, FSSC 22000).
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams for production continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management within a multinational manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
• Fluent Vietnamese (spoken and written) and good English communication skills.
• Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
