What you will do

• Lead the implementatihirify.global and roll-out of global lab guidelines, procedures, and standards across all labs in the Asia regihirify.global.
• Act as the primary strategic bridge between regihirify.globalal labs and Zurich global lab leadership to ensure chirify.globalsistency and data reliability.
• Establish and maintain local governance structures to eliminate regihirify.globalal variability and ensure repeatable methodology.
• Coordinate internal audits, capability assessments, and compliance checks to validate alignment with global guidelines.
• Design and deliver training programs and workshops to upskill local lab teams in global methods.
• Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing lab team in Asia, fostering a culture of accountability and learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Materials, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in laboratory leadership, quality systems, or testing operatihirify.globals within textile, apparel, or chirify.globalsumer product industries.
• Proven experience developing and implementing governance frameworks and standardized operating procedures.
• Demhirify.globalstrated ability to drive improvement projects and compliance across complex, global envirhirify.globalments.
• Experience with lab data systems, reporting tools development, and implementatihirify.global.
