Installation Supervisor (Engineering)

What you will do

• Coordinate site preparation, equipment delivery, and positioning in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Lead assembly and installation of packaging equipment (Fillers, Palletizers) and processing systems (Mixers, Sterilizers).
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams of 30+ personnel and subcontracted companies on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, automation, PLC, and pneumatic issues.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resource utilization, and detailed site progress reporting.
• Ensure strict compliance with OHS standards, WCM principles, and international engineering quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Science Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, field service, or site supervision.
• Experience within food and beverage processing and packaging environments.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM), TPM, and food safety standards (ISO 22000, HACCP).
• Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally and work 6 days per week during active site phases.
