What you will do

• Lead a team of project managers in delivering a portfolio of complex, cross-functional system implementations and digital transformations.
• Drive alignment between IT project management, vendor partners, and operational leadership for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Manage resourcing, including interviewing, hiring, and mentoring both internal and external project managers.
• Monitor financial performance of the portfolio, partnering with finance to align capital and operating expenditures.
• Establish and facilitate program steering committees and governance structures to ensure transparency and efficient decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to modernize platforms and enable AI and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience managing complex IT programs or portfolios.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Familiarity with IT governance, architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Must be based in Ohio to be eligible for this remote position.

Nice to have

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience working within healthcare IT environments.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and JIRA.
