What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of care programs from workflow documentation to go-live tracking and post-launch iteration.
• Coordinate across Clinical, Product, and Engineering teams to align priorities, identify blockers, and close operational gaps.
• Translate clinical protocols into detailed operational workflows, SOPs, and playbooks for the Care Delivery team.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate AI tools into care workflows to improve scale and reduce manual effort.
• Manage program timelines and deliverables for active care contracts and attributed populations.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in healthcare operations, program management, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to work within ET or CT time zones.
• Experience with value-based care, population health, or managed care.
• Proven ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and develop high-quality SOPs.
• Experience with care management platforms, AI-enabled tools, or healthcare operational technology.
